Green heron nest with eggs at Eagle Lake Park, about March 11. I think they were there around first of month; got a glimpse, but not a picture. We returned a few times, hoping to see the chicks, but saw only the mother sitting on it. And then, when we went on March 25, the nest was empty. Huge disappointment. |
